Year in Review

Serving takes stamina

In a world where the journey is often defined by its length and challenges, we remain steadfast in our commitment to the long road. This past year, we celebrated our 60th year of service while navigating through unprecedented hurdles to position Pioneer to continue serving the community and advancing our mission for the next 60 years.

Resilience in Action

The essence of our work lies in the resilience of the individuals and communities we serve. Despite the odds stacked against them, the people we work with have continued to display remarkable strength and determination to build healthy, productive lives in communities across the state of Washington. Through our programs and initiatives, we’ve sought to be a beacon of hope, providing support, resources, and a sense of belonging to those we serve.

Building Bridges to Opportunity

In the journey toward reintegration, community support plays a vital role. Through partnerships with local communities, we’re bridging the gap between individuals with criminal histories and meaningful opportunities. By fostering dialogue, dispelling myths, and promoting second chances, we’re committed to building a more inclusive and equitable society that values the contributions of all members of our community.
